LAKE TIME RV PARK RULES

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Six people and two vehicles per site RV AND TOW VEHICLES: Must be in good, clean, operable condition. This determination is made at the sole discretion of the RV Camp Host. Any RV not meeting minimum standards will not be permitted to stay in the RV Park QUIET TIME: 10 pm / 7 am – please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. CHECK-OUT TIME: 2:00 PM – If you will be staying another day, please notify us prior to noon. An additional $3/hour will be charged until 6 p.m. Late check-outs past 6p.m will be charged an additional night stay. SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5mph. SEWER: Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. NO TENT CAMPING: A secondary tent with a registered RV must be pre-approved by the RV Camp Host. Secondary tents must be located within the same site as the RV. CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior. PETS: Please maintain control of your pets. Dogs and other pets must not be a threat or a nuisance to other park users. Pets must be on a leash or penned at all times when outside and must be picked up after. Excessive barking is not allowed. NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. TRASH: The dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged &tied, and boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. The cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. LAUNDRY/SHOWER/BATHROOM: Please leave the Laundry and Bathroom area as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify the manager. Detergent bottles left in the laundry area will be thrown away. INTERNET: Wireless Internet is available for our guests. Password provided at check-in. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED PARKING: Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough. Noat and additional vehicles may be parked on the grass area South and West of the RV park gravel area. No parking in adjacent sites. Cloth lines are not allowed. Electrical space heaters are not allowed. No cheater boxes or pigtails allowed. Lake Time RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s. NO WOOD-BURNING FIRES ALLOWED: Unless pre-approved by management in designated areas. Small barbecues and gas-fueled fire pits only. CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reasons for immediate eviction without a refund. DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Lake Time RV Park. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential. LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest Is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAKS OR DISREGARDS ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.
